The Parry GT2410 has been designed to meet the requirements of small to medium size catering environments. The canopy should be at least as long as the equipment run to ensure that it captures steam and cooking odours.

Please note: if you are ordering this unit with an internal fan pack this canopy will come with a hole punched as standard, if ordered with an external fan pack or no fan pack no hole is punched into the unit.

Canopies are big bits of kit and as such are delivered on a pallet by lorry. Because of this, please ensure that there is ample space for the delivery and easy access for the lorry on the day of delivery – things will go much smoother with a bit of pre-planning.

Please Note: Canopy must overhang all gas equipment by at least 250mm in all directions unless the canopy terminates at a wall.
