The Sammic ES-200 Salad Spinner dry’s lettuce and other vegetables in as low as 1-3 minutes due to the units fast speed ensuring the highest product quality. The powerful 3-phase motor is controlled by a highly reliable electronic speed variator, which enables the salad dryer to be connected to a single-phase electrical mains supply. Manufactured from stainless steel, the unit has a highly resistant cover and buffer with safety switch. The basket is lightweight and removable for easy cleaning. Complete with a user friendly control panel with advanced options like cycle selection. The unique vibration controlled system automatically controls the load distribution prior to initiation.

Please note: this unit is supplied with a Euro plug and can be used with the 13 amp plug adapter supplied.
